American LaFrance 900 Series Engine. First
served the Swedeland, PA Fire Dept./George Clay Fire
Company. From there, it went to Oklahoma where it
served the Nowata Fire Department, Hulbert Fire
Department., and was
retired from the Sparrow Hawk Village Fire
Department. It is still powered by the
original 749 Cubic Inch
Continental Gasoline Engine. It is equipped
with a 1000 G.P.M. Pump and a 500-gallon-tank.
Parades, car shows, and musters around central
Oklahoma are its main responsibilities today. It is
owned by Steve Franetovich of Shawnee, Oklahoma. |
